This gives me an overview of your goals, schedule, and any previous injuries so I can tailor your 16-week plan.
Step 2 — Book Your 15-Minute Consultation & Pay
We’ll review your intake answers, set expectations, and lock in your first week of workouts. (After having a consultation) Please secure your workout session by paying the session fee. (Book consultation below.)
Step 3 — Activate Your Everfit Account
After our call, you’ll receive an email invite to Everfit. That’s where you’ll see daily workouts, habit check-lists, and direct messaging with me between sessions.
